Dumplings

Tried quite a number of dumplings / gyoza (or whatever you called it) over the last month.

Dumpling from Hong Hu Eatery at Far East, so nice that only one left before I remember to take the picture... :P. The boiled dumplings (no more left when I took the picture) here taste better than the fried ones.

This is from Northern Dumpling along Mosque Street. On the contrary, the 锅贴 here taste better than the boiled ones.

Finally the gyoza from Ohsho (@ Cuppage Plaza), different style from the above. And I think they put some vinegar into the fillings which I didn't really like.
