The TV that blew

When I came back from chalet on sunday morning, the first thing my mum said to me when I stepped into the house was, "Oh... The TV blew up!" she said in hokkien.

My first thought was:"Luckily I was not around this time..." Why do I think this way, well... I had a history of spoiling electrical/electronic goods. But I think I'm just very sueh because I just happpened to last touch the devices before it spoilt...

So back to the TV, this time though, I'm acquitted of all charges since I wasn't at the "scene of the crime" when it happened. Even then I wouldn't be able to escape the consequence of this episode, i.e. I would have to bear the cost of repairing the goggle box... That would set me back by some amount this month (hopefully not too much)...

Very Nua Today

Came back from chalet at ard 11 plus this morning... feeling lethargic... not that I did not sleep much at the chalet, in fact, it was the exact opposite...

Was supposed to go for soccer in the afternoon, but the dark clouds in the sky really puts me off. So in the end decided to skip the session... (But still played soccer, on the PC that is)

At least my life's back to normal now, after that dramatic episode... :) ...(or am I?)

PS: Currently listening to Jay Chow's "Jie Kou".

Waiting for Bus

Went home after work at around 7 plus today. Came out from the MRT station and thinking:"Should I walk home or take a bus." Normally, I'd walk home but strangely today decided to take a bus.

Waited for quite a while (>10 minutes) and no sign of my bus coming. Wondered if I've made a wrong decision... But what can I do, since I have already strarted waiting, I know the bus would come eventually... and of course it did some 5 more minutes later...

Life has changed... Hopefully for the better

After a long break... Finally it's here, my 2nd post...

Think my life has change quite a fair bit since my last post...

Seems that I have added more spice to my utterly dull life of gluing in front of the goggle box and kicking balls week in week out...

Have been dating a gal for the past weeks, not sure if it was consider a date though... But man I was surprised that I could ask a gal out for a date one-on-one... For the 1st time in the quarter of a century that I've live (ain't that pathetic)...

Hope to bring more good news in my next post... (and hopefully not another 3 months later)... :)
